Project management is a subject where management skills often plays major role than knowledge of theoretical concepts. In big projects, a contractor or engineer has to keep balance between 5 M of construction industry that is Men, Material, Money, Machinery and Management. An ideal contractor is should handle the projects by maintaining Speed, Quality and Budget.

In this course, we train students about Architectural, Financial, Entrepreneurial, Legal, Managerial and marketing aspects about project. A thorough knowledge about right from building permission till handover to clients. It includes techno commercial skills, calculation of sellable area, negotiation and convincing skills. This complete course will help you build your own township and highways without a technical degree in civil field.
